Here's the qualifying criteria for the President's Club:
Forward:
- Branch Manager -- $45M Volume or 200 Units
- Loan Originator -- $24M Volume or 90 Units
Reverse:
- Branch Manager -- $15M Volume or 36 Units
- Loan Originator -- $10M Volume or 24 Units
Notes:
- A branch manager can only be awarded once, as either a branch manager or top producer.
- All President's Club members must be actively employed by Open Mortgage at the time of the trip in order to be eligible to participate.
- Dual Channel volume/units will count in the total (qualifying under the primary channel)
